I recommend more simplistic graphics for this game, it's a good concept that I've seen many times, but it usually plays out better in simplicity.

if you wanna make a game like this in a higher graphic way, I would still recommend a more simplistic style like pixel art.

an example of this done well is a game I used to play in middle school called "Crazy Zombie", there was a few of them but my favorite was "Crazy Zombie 2.0"

In a game like this for children, there should be little to no penalty for getting a question wrong. having the game just flat out the end and have to start over with a score of zero can be taken very negatively and cause a child to be enraged at the process of doing maths.

For a game like this, I would recommend a scoring system that simply decreases when a question is wrong or since there is a timeframe for the questions to be answered, decrease the time remaining by an amount after it is answered incorrectly.

Maybe add a high score on the side so players are encouraged to try and beat that score.

Overall, it's a borderline basic math game, with very little to nothing to keep you playing. and when you get something wrong all sense of previous accomplishment is gone
